Flag Football is a foundational program at Game Changers Idaho and was the first sport offered when the organization began. It continues to be a core part of our programming and reflects our commitment to providing meaningful athletic opportunities for all athletes. The program is available for K–12 students and supports participants across a wide range of ability levels, with no prior football experience required. Athletes are placed at a level that best aligns with their individual needs and abilities.

The program is divided into two age-based divisions: Junior Division (K–6th grade) and Pro Division (7th–12th grade). Within each division, athletes participate at one of the following levels:

• JV Level:
  Emphasizes skill development, understanding of the game, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Play occurs at a moderate pace, with volunteers available to provide reminders, encouragement, and guidance as needed.

• Varsity Level:
  Designed for athletes ready for increased structure and competition. Games are played at a faster pace and focus on strategy, independence, and sportsmanship while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Our goal is to create a safe, structured environment where athletes can build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game of flag football.
